We understand that demands of modern lifestyle sometimes cannot be avoided, therefore we encourage our spa clients to read the following massage treatment suggestions:
On the day of your massage, drink more warm water or some warm non-caffeinated herbal teas (for example: fennel, coriander, and cumin blend; or chamomile, rose petals, and lavender blend; or a single herb tea such as mint leaf or chamomile.)
Following your massage treatment, please abstain from strenuous activities, vigorous exercises and heavy late night meals. Favor easy-going restful activities, light nourishing meals and an early bedtime.
Female clients are encouraged to avoid scheduling massages during the first three days from the onset of the menstrual cycle.
