As you know, I love sharing about the people, practices and products that I think are changing the world for the better. That’s why I’m so excited to introduce Divya Alter, the pioneering chef and author (and my dear friend!) who’s bringing Ayurvedic cooking to the modern world. 

As the author of two groundbreaking cookbooks, chef-restaurateur of an award-winning Ayurvedic restaurant in NYC and the creator of a line of Ayurvedic pantry goods, Divya has introduced the wisdom of Ayurveda to hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
